Here it is at last : the Live DVD of Marilyn Manson. Once the DVD in the player, we discover a 100% Marilyn menu pretty neat but where things start to get worse is at the end of the concert intro, where it leaves place to the first song because, instead of taking one concert in particular and to film it, the guys have made a mix of different images taken from different concerts. (Moscow, Rome, Tokyo…)and we are showed video clips for each song because the soundtrack is often desynchronized with what appears on the screen, which I find frustrating while watching a concert (some may enjoy, but I do not).
We are still given "Sweet Dreams" and the crowd sings with Manson, this really is a great moment, as "Antichrist Superstar", but what we notice is that the band fancies more tracks from "Holy wood" than other albums (pretty cool, however I find it a shame that Manson and John5 are seen on screen ¾ of the time because Twiggy who was making his last show stayed in the shadow nearly all the time (of course he's the bass player….) and concerning Ginger, it's not even worth speaking of him.
In this DVD, there is "Death Parade" rated "M" which is made of backstage images or in Manson's private life, cool but all in English and no dubbing.
To conclude with, Manson brings us a vital DVD for fans, stand your ass up and run and buy it !
