New complaint from Pogo towards Marilyn Manson

According to the website New York Post (Page Six), Pogo former Marilyn Manson member doesn’t surrender. After having been sacked from the group (according to Pogo), he committed Marilyn Manson as soon as the month of August. He reproached Marilyn Manson of having not respected terms of a collaborative deal that was signed during the Spooky Kids era and furthermore for wasting the group’s money in personal shopping (drugs, engagement rings worth $150.000, Nazi objects …) Moreover, he reproached Marilyn Manson for sacking him without paying him. On November 5th, Pogo won a partial victory when the judge gave faith to his testimony. Still in the topic of the trial, Pogo’s lawyer once more lodged a complaint on November 21st concerning : - an African mask made of human sking - a young Chinese girl skeleton transformed into a chandelier - another skeleton of a man in a wheelchair 3 objects that are forbidden in the USA - a grizzly and 2 baboons - Evan Rachel Wood’s salary for the Heart Shapped Glasses videoclip, qualified as the highest salary given to an actress for a video clip. - And finally funds used by Marilyn Manson to move (thanks to the roadies) entire pieces of luggage filled with Alice in Wonderland books, because of his obsession about author Lewis Carroll. A new album is approaching !

Marilyn Manson has granted an interview to the magazine elmundo in which he speaks about his movie project and his new album. Are you already thinking about making another album? I want to begin working on a new album in January or February 2008. I’ve already written some ideas for songs. After my best-of was out, I decided to stop for a long period because it was a moment during which I wasn’t sure of what I wanted to be. I let music apart a little but this was a mistake I shall not repeat in the future. A rumour says you are collaborating with Kerry King (Slayer) on the album Kerry King and I have become very good friends recently, I’ve had contacts with the Smashing Pumpkins and I’ve also collaborated with Nick Zinner on a remix so it is impossible they all collaborate on this album. What are the latest news about the shooting of Phantasmagoria ? For the moment, Phantasmagoria production is suspended, we have great places to shoot, the major part of the design is finished and we have a distributor. It should have been shot earlier but EAT ME, DRINK ME has become my priority. Now the movie is delayed because of the scripts’ strike in Hollywood, the latter affects all actual productions.
