Exclusive Interview In This Week's Kerrang!

Marilyn Manson has a new interview in this weeks issue of the UK magazine Kerrang! No scans are available yet, but this excerpt was posted on Kerrang.com yesterday. Marilyn Manson slams Limp Bizkit! Marilyn Manson has launched a vitrolic attack on Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland. Borland joined Manson's band briefly last summer before leaving to re-join the reformed nu-metal legends. In an exclusive interview in this week's Kerrang! magazine, Manson has relieved that the guitarist never joined his band on a full-time basis. "We almost made the mistake of having Wes play guitar but he re-joined Limp Bizkit," Manson explains. "That move forever eradicated my feelings on his choices in life as an artist." When asked why he thinks Borland went back to his old band, Manson said: "That is what I find myself asking when I urinate sometimes. He said he would never go back. If the reason is money, then I'd rather roll up a ú5 note and shove it up my urethra. I'd rather set my dick on fire than join something that I hated." Posted on Kerrang.com today is a response from Wes Borland. Wes Borland: "I actually love Marilyn Manson" Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland has responded to Marilyn Manson's scathing attack where the Double M said if he were Borland, he'd "rather set [his] dick on fire than join something that I hated." Speaking to Kerrang! Borland explained: "I wrote nine songs to be submitted to the Manson record and none of them made it. I was really in hired gun land there, but was sort of being told that I wasn't. So when I figured that whole thing out, I knew I was never going to get an inch into that band. "I love Manson," he added. "He's definitely one of the wildest personalities I've ever been around and one of the smartest people I've ever met but it's the Marilyn Manson show over there - Limp Bizkit is more of a band."
