The story of Marilyn Manson

This is a definite "must have" for any Marilyn Manson fan. It is very informative. The photos of the band are phenonemenal (sp?). There are a lot of stories from the road. It also touches slightly on Rev. Manson's ordaining into the Church of Satan (it does not go into any of the rituals involved though) There are a lot of pictures of the old band including the Rev. without most of the make-up so, you get to see what he really looks like! The book also tells what really happened to Sarah Lee Lucas. It also has some really cool stories from the road. Over all...it's just a really good book to get you acquainted with Marilyn Manson

This book is pure fodder to anyone that cares enough about Manson to actually buy this book because we'd already know everything but I give it four stars for two reasons... If you want to give a friend that just doesn't get Manson's quest a quick reader to help them understand him a little better and also disperse some rumors, then this is a book that's short enough and easy enough for anyone to read, something the official autobiography lacks. Overall to anyone buying this book for information it's a bit dissapointing, there is some disinformation but that's to be expected. As for the pictures, they're great nd really the only reason I'd rebuy the book, that and the fact thast I'm a total fanatic but you know... :o)
